Reviews and Ratings
I had an interesting stay at the hotel, located inside the El Montaza Palace area. While the rooms had a classic charm, they were quite small, and the construction work in the vicinity was a bit of a hassle. The service stood out, especially thanks to Sara at reception, who made me feel welcomed. However, the dining options were limited and could use some improvement. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but the charm of the area makes it worth a visit.
This hotel has a beautiful setting within the El Montaza palace area, which is serene and clean. The location offers access to a beach, although the ongoing construction can be quite noisy at times. The room I stayed in was a little small, and the price was on the higher side. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not great, as I faced issues with room service and staff responsiveness.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were pretty nice, but they didn't match the garden view I expected from the pictures. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to help. However, the location was quite isolated due to nearby construction, which made things a bit inconvenient. Dining options were limited but had excellent service, so I hope that improves as the area finishes its renovations.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is actually the former guest house of Montazah Palace. The room was spacious and had a huge, comfy bed along with a nice little seating area. However, I was a bit bummed that my room didn’t have the garden view shown in the pictures. The staff, especially Miss Sara, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the ambiance in the dining area was cozy and quiet. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price but still has some room for improvements.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some nice aspects, overall it needs improvement. The room was spacious and had a great setup with a large bed and a comfy sofa, but the ongoing construction was quite inconvenient. The service was hit or miss; some staff members were really helpful while others seemed distracted. The location had potential with the beautiful Montazah Park, but the construction made getting around a hassle. Dining options were limited and could use more variety. Overall, it has its charm but definitely requires some work.
