Helnan Palace Hotel - Adults Only Alexandria, Alexandria

I had an interesting stay at the hotel, located inside the El Montaza Palace area. While the rooms had a classic charm, they were quite small, and the construction work in the vicinity was a bit of a hassle. The service stood out, especially thanks to Sara at reception, who made me feel welcomed. However, the dining options were limited and could use some improvement. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but the charm of the area makes it worth a visit.

This hotel has a beautiful setting within the El Montaza palace area, which is serene and clean. The location offers access to a beach, although the ongoing construction can be quite noisy at times. The room I stayed in was a little small, and the price was on the higher side. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not great, as I faced issues with room service and staff responsiveness.
